Gulabin Lodge offers self-catering accommodation for up to 35 people and is ideal for larger gatherings of family and friends. Gulabin House is a modern, spacious, high specification holiday let that accommodates 12 people across five bedrooms.

The Lodge and House are set in 1.5 acres of beautiful grounds at the foot of Ben Gulabin in the southern part of the Cairngorms National Park. Both properties boast stunning views of the mountains and glens. This is the perfect base from which to explore Perthshire and sample the wide range of outdoor activities on offer. We welcome families and friends, groups, schools, weddings, parties. Adventurers of all types - canoeists, bikers, Munro-baggers – stay with us year-round, setting off each morning to test themselves against the wonderful mountain challenges our area has to offer. And some guests come here with no plans beyond spending time with good friends, drinking fine wine and dipping into an absorbing book with the highlands as a majestic backdrop beyond the windows. Come when you like; do what you pleas....... You’ll feel right at home.

Outdoor Centre & Lodge

As the longest established Christian Outdoor Centre in Scotland we offer accommodation and activity packages to schools, groups, families and individuals. The Coach House offers self-catering accommodation in three self-contained units, each of which can accommodate up to four people. All units have been refurbished in 2011; they are all ensuite and have a kitchen area. Coach House guests have access to the Centre's sports and games facilities and meals can be provided in the Main House. Our Main House is a fully renovated Edwardian hunting lodge which can accommodate up to 54 guests in comfortably furnished dormitory-style rooms, ranging in size from 2 to 8 beds, some en-suite. There are two generously sized lounges, one with multi-media resources and a log fireplace. Guests are catered for by a team of experienced staff members who provide cooked breakfast, packed lunch/soup and sandwich lunch, two course dinner and supper with home baking. With a large sports hall, outdoor ropes course, climbing wall, pond and access to miles of beautiful countryside, we offer a wide range of activities to suit your desires, including kayaking, indoor rock climbing, archery, zip wire, tree climb, ropes course, raft building, gorge walking, rock climbing/abseiling, orienteering, team building and skiing/snowboarding instruction. Our excellent facilities and trained staff provide you with a high quality experience.

Self Catering Cottages & Estate Activities

Our 6 traditional stone built self-catering cottages set in a beautiful 6,500 acre estate at the gateway to the Cairngorms National Park.

• Dalmunzie House (luxurious to say the least) sleeps 14 - 18

In addition to the above, on our sister estate just outside Bridge of Cally, we have South Persie, which sleeps 10 people and features an indoor swimming pool.

ACTIVITIES:

Truly a hillwalkers dream; summit the surrounding Munros and enjoy sweeping vistas of the raw and breath taking landscape. Observe the abundance of wildlife: red deer, roe deer, grouse, ptarmigan, blackcock, peregrine and hares.

Play a round of golf on our 9 hole Highland course.

As a sporting estate, we offer walked up grouse and stalking, although we are currently fully booked for stalking and grouse for the foreseeable future.

Ideally, we are situated only 6 miles from Glenshee Ski Centre for snow sports enthusiasts.
