Tea Room, Gift Shop & Visitor Centre

The Wee House of Glenshee is a Tea Room, Gift Shop and Visitor Centre, set in the stunning mountain scenery of Glenshee.

Our Tea Room serves a great selection of home baking, light lunches including Venison & Red Wine Pies, Hearty Soups and Toasted Sandwiches. Coffee and Teas.

Browse our gift shop with its large range of local and Scottish crafts, artwork, souvenirs and local produce including honey, jams and preserves. The Wee House incorporates the local Visitor and Information Centre for the area. Find accommodation, activities, maps, walking guides and learn about the local history of the area.

Art Gallery

My gallery is in a contemporary new space with a separate Entrance and Exit from the house. I am exhibiting my own paintings, Giclee prints of originals, lovely Ceramics from Jenny Church of Blair Atholl, homeware by an Edinburgh Potter - cups, tumblers and beautiful little milk jugs, Jewellery by Kate West from Pitlochry in silver and hand paintings.

There is parking at the gallery up a short drive or on the hard standing below, just off the main road. Open daily 10-4 pm apart from Wednesdays, free tea and coffee.

Shop

Kirkmichael Village Shop is a community interest shop run with two members of staff and a board of six directors, all local residents, in the heart of Strathardle covering Kirkmichael, Enochdhu, Straloch, Ballintuim, Bridge of Cally, Blacklunans and Glenshee. We have a café with free wi-fi, the shop sells groceries, fruit & veg, bread, milk, beers/wines, Glenkilrie Larder fresh farm meat beef, lamb & venison, Persie Gin, Heather Hills Honey all local, we also stock Praveen Kumar authentic Indian cuisine. Local Shop

One of Scotland's oldest shops trading since 1841 and now in our 180th year. Offering a range of popular goods including newspapers, fresh produce, bread, milk and dairy products. Additionally, a sub-Post Office is attached for a full range of postal services including cash withdrawls from most high street banks. Journey back to yesteryear for a traditional corner shop where service is a tradition.
