Heather Hills Farm

Scotland's award-winning producer of artisan raw honeys and handcrafted preserves since 1945.

Join us in championing our cultural and natural heritage, the honeybee and its essential work in pollination!

Our signature Heather and Blossom Honeys are collected using artisan methods and never heated above the normal temperature of the hive to ensure their natural flavour and benefits shine through. Our preserves are handcrafted using whole local fruit pollinated by our own honeybees. From 100% natural honey skincare to handcrafted tablet, you can even adopt a bee to an entire hive including a day's beekeeping.

Opening Times: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Drumturk Cheeses

Award Winning Artisan Cheeses

We have a range of cheeses to be proud of, the most popular being Drumturk Ptarmigan, an accidental cheese that was never in the plan. Other cheeses include: hard goats cheeses, plain, with chives or with onion; Wild Ptarmigan made with black pepper; Heart-Beet a pressed curd with a white rind and pink heart; chilli curd or chive curd and really any novel flavours that spring to mind! And when the goats are having a rest, locally sourced cows milk makes some traditional hard cheeses.
